                     Toshiba Utilities Disk README
         ---------------------------------------------------------

To install a Toshiba Utilities.
===============================

   1. Open the Add/Remove Programs dialog box.
   2. Click Windows Setup tab, and then click Have Disk. 
   3. Insert "Toshiba Utilities Disk" into the floppy drive, 
      and then click OK.
   4. To add all of the parts of a component, click the 
      "Toshiba Utilities" check box. 
      To add some of the parts of a component, highlight the 
      "Toshiba Utilities", and then click Details. Then, check
      the parts as needed to add them.
      When you have finished selecting the components to add,
      click OK.
   5. Click Install .
   6. Click OK again.
